Often minor damage has a big impact – we look up close and check the raceway and each rolling element of the bearing out of principle. This way we can spot damage in the early stages and, as a rule, we can eradicate this.
Sealed tapered roller bearings such as Tarol or TBU are frequently used in local or regional rail passenger transport. These bearing units are also extensively overhauled by us. We are familiar with the special maintenance requirements for short downtimes in order to be able to return the vehicles to operation quickly. No problem: we guarantee very short turnaround times. In most cases, the reconditioned tapered roller bearings are ready for dispatch after just one week.
